The Double Unit were instructed to carry out an in-depth research and analysis exercise which addressed how AKT II were communicating their brand through online platforms.

The result was a tangible report which looked at website usability, navigation, security, and the presentation of the company through use of graphics and text on their website and social media. The report was highly praised for being constructive, usable and having a clear list of targets for improving online communications in the short, medium and long terms.
